Terms of Service

Last updated 23 September 2026. These terms are between CEO Restoration & Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 60 695 306 999, ACN 695 306 999) — “we”, “us” — and the business that subscribes to AProjx— “you”. Creating an account means you accept them.

1. What AProjx is

AProjx is job-management software for field-service and restoration businesses: jobs, site visits, photos, reports, quotes, invoices and scheduling, with optional AI assistance for drafting reports and analysing photos.

We provide the software. We do not do your work, check your work, or take responsibility for it. Documents produced in AProjx — reports, quotes, invoices — are yours, issued by you, under your name.

2. Who can subscribe

AProjx is offered to businesses outside the European Union and the United Kingdom. We are not currently set up to meet the obligations that apply to processing personal data of people in those regions, and we would rather say so than take your money and fall short. The countries we serve are listed when you create an account.

If your business is established in the EU or UK, please don’t subscribe — contact us instead, and we will tell you when that changes.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
  • You are responsible for the people you invite, including field staff using the mobile app.
  • You must be authorised to enter this agreement on behalf of your business.

4. Subscription, trial and payment

AProjx is A$49 per month and includes 5 office seats, unlimited field technicians, unlimited jobs, and 200 AI actions per month.

New accounts get a free trial of one month. No payment details are required to start, and we will not charge you without you choosing to subscribe.

Prices do not include GST, as we are not currently registered for GST. If that changes we will tell you before GST is added to your invoices.

Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded on a mid-period cancellation, except where consumer law requires otherwise (see section 12).

We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A price change takes effect from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then if you do not accept it.

5. AI actions and the monthly allowance

An AI action is one use of an AI feature — generating a report, analysing a photo, or similar. Your plan includes 200 per month.

  • Unused AI actions do not carry over. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period; anything unused expires.
  • When you reach the allowance, AI features stop until the allowance resets. Everything else in AProjx keeps working normally — no job, photo or report is locked.
  • You can continue using AI before the reset by purchasing top-up packs, priced on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Top-ups apply to the billing period in which they are bought and do not carry over either.

6. AI output is a draft

AI features produce drafts for you to review. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misread a photo.

Reports generated in AProjx are frequently sent to insurers, adjusters and property owners. You are responsible for reviewing anything AI produces before you send it or rely on it. We are not liable for the content of a document you issue, whether or not AI helped write it.

7. Your data is yours

Jobs, clients, photos, reports, quotes and invoices you put into AProjx remain your property. We store and process them to provide the service to you, and for no other purpose.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your customers’ data to train AI models. Where we learn from usage to improve AProjx, we use aggregated, anonymised information only — never identifiable customer records.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Confidentiality

We treat everything in your account as confidential information belonging to you. That includes your jobs, clients, photos, reports, pricing, rates and anything else you or your team put into AProjx.

We will not:

  • disclose your information to anyone outside CEO Restoration & Construction Pty Ltd, except as set out below;
  • sell, rent or licence it to anyone;
  • use it to train AI models;
  • use it to compete with you, or share it with another customer;
  • use it for advertising, or build a profile of you for anyone else.

The only circumstances in which your information leaves our systems are:

  • Where you direct it. Sending a quote, sharing a report link, inviting a client to the portal, or connecting with another business — all of which you control.
  • Service providers who run AProjx, listed in our Privacy Policy. They are bound to confidentiality and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
  • Supporting you — a small number of our people can access an account to fix a fault or answer a question, and only for that purpose.
  • Where the law compels us. If we are legally required to disclose your information, we will tell you before we do, unless we are prohibited from doing so.

This obligation continues after you stop using AProjx. You owe us the same duty in respect of any non-public information about AProjx you learn through using it.

9. Your responsibilities to your own clients and staff

This one matters, because AProjx captures information about people who are not our customers — your clients and your staff. You, not us, hold the relationship with them, and you are responsible for:

  • Photographs of property and its contents — having the right to take and store them.
  • Signatures captured on site from your clients.
  • Location data from your staff. AProjx can record GPS coordinates when a technician clocks in or out, starts or finishes a visit, or takes a photo. Telling your staff about this and meeting any workplace-surveillance notice requirements that apply in your state is your obligation, not ours.
  • Client portal access you grant, and what you choose to make visible there.
  • Your own privacy obligations to these people under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or equivalent law where you operate.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use AProjx for anything unlawful, or to store unlawful content;
  • upload material you do not have the right to upload;
  • resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement;
  • attempt to access another business’s data, or probe, scan or overload the service;
  • scrape or bulk-extract data other than your own;
  • share seats among more people than your plan allows.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why.

11. Availability, support and changes

We work to keep AProjx available and reliable, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level on this plan. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures at providers we depend on.

We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice by email. Support is by email at ceorc.works@gmail.com, during Australian business hours, on a best-efforts basis.

12. Consumer law

AProjx is sold internationally, and consumer protection law differs by country. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law that applies to you — including the Australian Consumer Law for customers in Australia.

Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. If a provision of these terms is unenforceable where you are, that provision applies in the narrowest form that is enforceable, and the rest of the terms continue unaffected.

13. Liability

Subject to section 12, and to the extent permitted by law:

  • our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss of data beyond our obligation to maintain reasonable backups;
  • we are not liable for decisions you or anyone else make based on documents produced in AProjx, including AI-assisted reports.

You indemnify us against claims brought by your clients, your staff, or third parties arising from your use of AProjx, your content, or your failure to meet the responsibilities in section 9.

14. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. We may terminate for non-payment, or for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it where the breach can be fixed.

After cancellation you have 45 days to export your data. After that period we delete it, and it cannot be recovered. If you need an export and cannot get one yourself, email us within that window and we will help.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use AProjx after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting proceedings, both of us agree to genuinely try to resolve the issue by talking first.
